My name is Michael McMain. I am a partner with the law firm of Busald Funk Zevely. I have been practicing family law since 1981. Family law cases make up a substantial portion of my practice. After forty years of family court litigation, it is a privilege to be a member of The Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals, Inc.

Our collaborative group is excited to offer the option of allowing people going through the divorce process of staying out of court and respectfully and privately resolving their differences in the collaborative process.

If you are interested in using the collaborative process, please allow me the opportunity to assist you.

Most people end up in an attorney’s office in emotionally challenging circumstances. From day one, my attorney and the entire Collaborative Team were amazing to work with—professional, extremely knowledgeable, and responsive. Early recommendations on steps we should take really came in handy as the Collaborative Process proceeded.
